Hi There!
I’m Ayşegül, a budding young artist fascinated with animals of all kinds. I’m a student in higher education hoping to become a veterinary nurse. I have had a passion for animals all my life, enamoured by their behaviourisms and physiology since an early age.
My interest in art, sketching in particular, started when I was quite young. I was constantly drawing and doodling, would never be found without a pencil in my pocket! As I couldn’t have a pet until recently, I expressed my love and admiration for these fascinating creatures that live amongst us in the most earnest, most beautiful way I could- through the expressive medium of art.
My passion for art has been long lasting. I constantly and consistently want to improve on my craft in the traditional mediums of acrylic and pencil.
I have been commissioned several times before for my work, including repeat happy customers. This is a very important passion of mine as it links me to animals more, and animals are the main subject of my pieces.
I also greatly enjoy training my 3-year old rescued Border Collie, Toby. I have taught him over 25 commands and he is continuing to learn. He’s a wonderfully tempered, high energy clever pup and I love him to pieces! We have already won awards with him and hopefully will win more.
